How do I request concierge services?

What is the price range for hearing aids?

Yes. We offer three months interest-free financing, with additional options depending on technology level.

Can I experience hearing aids before making a decision?
In many cases, we offer short-term loaner opportunities so you can experience the benefits firsthand. Availability depends on manufacturer policies and clinical recommendation.
Ear Care, Filters & Mobile Visits

Do you offer mobile visits?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available for routine, urgent, and concierge-level care. Pricing varies and is discussed at the time of booking.

Do you provide professional ear cleaning?
Yes. We use the clinical-grade EARigator system for safe, effective ear cleaning.

Why am I suddenly not hearing well through my devices?
A sudden drop in sound is most often caused by a blocked wax filter. Once the filter fills with debris, sound cannot pass through.
You may text us a photo of your devices, and we’ll identify the correct filter and guide you through the process. In-office and concierge filter changes are also available.

Do you offer Bluetooth and app support?
Yes. We provide full Bluetooth support, including:
- Pairing and reconnecting
- App setup and walkthroughs
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues
Many issues are resolved by restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, or pairing through the correct menu (iPhones require pairing through Accessibility).
Assistance is available in office or through mobile concierge care.

How soon can I be seen?
We typically offer appointments within three business days. We begin by asking whether mornings or afternoons work best, then provide two curated time options.

Yes—by request. Weekend appointments are reserved for private-pay and concierge patients.

What is your cancellation policy?
Same-day cancellations incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
For any scheduling changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your ID, insurance card, and any current hearing devices. Texting or emailing photos beforehand helps streamline your visit.

How often should I have my hearing evaluated?
We recommend a full diagnostic hearing evaluation once per year for all adults, regardless of symptoms or hearing aid use.
