In 2022, Rachel and her husband Blake founded The HearingSmiths (now Nacci Hearing) with a shared mission: to provide high-quality, individualized hearing care with integrity and warmth.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys practicing yoga and living a plant-based lifestyle. She’s also passionate about environmental causes and dreams of one day contributing to efforts that help clean and protect our oceans.

Meet Blake

With 16 years of experience in the pharmacy field, Blake Smith brings a deep commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives. His background in pharmacy laid a strong foundation in both science and service—skills that seamlessly translate into his work in hearing healthcare.

Blake also personally lives with tinnitus, which he manages using hearing devices. This firsthand experience gives him a unique and compassionate understanding of what many of his patients are going through. His journey fuels his dedication to providing not just treatment, but real support and empathy for those navigating hearing challenges.

Now focused on improving hearing health, Blake combines his clinical knowledge with a warm, patient-centered approach to ensure every person who walks through the door feels heard, informed, and empowered.

Blake and his wife, Rachel, co-founded Nacci Hearing to reflect their shared vision of truly personal, high-quality care. Outside the clinic, Blake enjoys spending time with their dog, Nisha Moon, and taking Rachel and Nisha on golf-cart rides through the Serenbe community.
